Order Processing Timelines
For in stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for us to package and ship your items.
Preorder release dates are outlined with each book. These dates are provided by the publisher/distributor and are subject to change at anytime. We do not have any control over that and will do our best to ship the books out with in 3-5 business days once we have them.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship world-wide from Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada through Canada Post. For US customers we ship from the United States via USPS.
All packages are packed with care. Shipping time frames will vary depending on location, mail volumes and weather.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping with in Canada with orders over $100. Free shipping to the United States with orders over $150. It is possible to combine multiple individual orders to reach free shipping- select Build a Box as your shipping option. We will hold your books until the required amount is reached for free shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated during check out. You will be responsible for any additional duty or taxes as required by your own government.
Local Options

Returns, Changes and Cancellations
All sales are final.
We inspect every book we receive in order to provide you with the best copies available. Due to the nature of the comic book medium, some books may have minor imperfections due to the printing process. Printing defects are not considered damaged.
Damages and Issues
We take special care in packaging our comics so that they arrive to you undamaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
